We are delighted to announce that Ron Katz has won the 2009 Annual Salon Competition award from the Woodworkers Guild of Ontario for his laminated Bowl.
The first place award was achieved in the Novice category for this beautiful and rather complicated wood turned bowl.
Ron’s exotic Paduk + Lace wood platter walked away with a 3rd place award.
Quite an accomplishment since Ron only started Woodturning in February of 2009
